Information for staff

The extra-curricular development recognition program, Career Connect, was created in response to the Looking Ahead - Strategic Plan 2020-2025, specifically the Life Ready Graduates strategy.

The program will engage students with a notion of employability that moves beyond traditional classroom learning and building an understanding of the skills required to successfully transition to the world of work.

Students can choose to pursue the Career Connect Award. Part of achieving this is the requirement to attend a panel interview, where students will be asked to demonstrate how they have developed their employability skills throughout their student journey. If you are interested in participating in one of these panels, let us know here.
