Description
Change in the workplace can be a significant challenge to those involved. This course applies a psychological health and safety lens to change management in the workplace. It provides an introduction to the impact of organisational change on employee mental health and wellbeing and evidence-based approaches to support employees during change processes.

Learning outcomes
On successful completion of the course students will be able to:
1. Identify and describe symptoms and sources of work place stress.
2. Describe and discuss strategies to prevent or minimise the impact of work-related stressors during change processes in the workplace.
3. Design a change management plan that incorporates appropriate regard to supporting worker mental health.
