Description
Human factors professionals prevent accidents from happening by designing and changing products, systems and processes to best suit a user. This course provides an understanding of some of the major areas of human factors, starting with an overview of psychological capabilities and limitations, followed by how the operational environment can be optimised over a range of contemporary applications.
In this course, you will be exposed to a range of human factors in contemporary areas of human factors psychology such as cyber security, workplace design and emerging technology. This will enable you to design and implement user-centred solutions, mitigate risks stemming from human behaviour, and contribute to more effective and holistic products, systems and processes.
