Description
During the 21st century off-site manufacturing, volumetric and modular construction has developed an increasingly significant role within the construction industry even though its roots can be traced back to the earliest periods in history. This course recognises the importance of integrating and mainstreaming off-site manufacturing, volumetric and modular construction processes into general construction practices. This course will investigate the theory, processes and integration of these practices in the context of modern construction management, procurement and contractual arrangements.
