Need to get focused and make real progress on your study goals? Focus Labs are structured, distraction-free sessions where you’ll set goals, work in timed blocks (using the Pomodoro Technique; 25 minutes of focus time, then a 5 minute break, on repeat), and wrap up with a quick check-in to stay motivated.

The Bar on the Hill is the centre of entertainment at the University of Newcastle. With nightly events, including bingo, trivia and student parties, BOTH is the go-to place for students. Bar on the Hill is also one of Newcastle’s best live music venues.
