Quadrangle at Ourimbah With the introduction of specialist degrees and majors, a recent $20 million investment in cutting-edge facilities and the recruitment of leading researchers and academics, the Central Coast is gaining a reputation as an emerging centre of research excellence.

At the Central Coast, we offer 16 single undergraduate degrees and two combined degrees. 

Four UoN degrees are available exclusively at our Central Coast campus:

Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science

Bachelor of Food Science and Human Nutrition

Bachelor of Oral Health

Bachelor of Podiatry

Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management students wishing to major in marine science and sustainability will also come to our Central Coast campus.

The campus is not only home to the University of Newcastle, but also TAFE NSW Central Coast campuses, the Central Coast Community College and local businesses - all of whom contribute to a diverse and growing community.

Nestled amidst beautiful bushland at Ourimbah, the campus is two minutes drive from the F3 Freeway and just an hour from both Sydney and Newcastle.

Our Central Coast Campus is located at Chittaway Road, Ourimbah.
