Our menu
The vision of Local Connections celebrates the vibrant cuisine of Newcastle and the Hunter region, combining fresh, colourful ingredients into creative farm-to-table dishes. Working primarily with Hunter Region suppliers we aim to connect food lovers with the people who lovingly tend the produce used in the restaurant.
Our menu changes often to highlight what's seasonal, flavourful, and available. Guests can take in the stunning bushland scenery of our Callaghan campus as they dine.- Breakfast Menu (PDF, 52.9 KB)
