We are leading the implementation of the Future Workforce Plan. We recruit academic and professional staff who are committed to the UoN Vision and values and we provide staff with the opportunities to be innovative and to excel in what they do.
We manage brand health and university reputation. Our focus is on communicating the University's strengths to key stakeholders and opinion leaders. We reinforce the NeW Directions Strategic Plan through actively communicating key messages with our audiences.
We support the work of the Vice-Chancellor and President, Professor Caroline McMillen.
We provide business intelligence and reporting to support the University's strategic and corporate planning processes through evaluation of the Institution's performance against KPIs. Through a culture of continuous improvement, we ensure quality and improvement in the delivery of services that is informed and monitored by student and staff feedback.
