Undergraduate Student Summit

Every year during a semester break we hold a three day undergraduate symposium or Spring School. The aim of this school is to provide an introduction to the Centre and the cutting-edge research that is going on in the COE labs.

The program consists of a mixture of seminars, discussion sessions, demonstrations, "hands-on" activities and social events. This is an excellent chance to find out about current research and opportunities in the Centre whilst, as always, having fun with the science.

The symposium is accredited with the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) and participants are awarded a certificate. Attendees completing the Spring School also have the event added to their academic transcripts.
