How will voluntary placements (e.g., for Engineering) work under the new models?

It is intended that that a new academic calendar will provide students with additional opportunities for placements. In Option A, these are provided in the mid-year term. In Option B, they are provided through providing the flexibility of a non-compulsory term. Students will continue to have the option of other periods in the year, depending upon their program plans.
