Inspiring Keynote Address - Adam and Belinda MacDougall
Join local Novocastrian power couple Adam and Belinda MacDougall as they share their remarkable journey from University of Newcastle alum to co-founders of Australia's most successful meal replacement empire. This inspiring keynote will explore how tragedy became the catalyst for transformation, turning personal loss into a mission to improve the health of millions while maintaining their commitment to giving back to the Newcastle region that shaped them.
Adam, a former Newcastle Knights NRL champion and economics graduate, will share insights on transitioning from professional sports to entrepreneurship. Belinda, with a strong background in communications, will discuss the strategic brand development that transformed their initial concept into a multi-product health empire encompassing The Man Shake, The Lady Shake, and The Kids Shake.
