National Disability Coordination Officer
The University of Newcastle has been a proud supporter and host of the National Disability Coordination Officer (NDCO) Program for the New England-North West (Region 2), Hunter-Central Coast (Region 6), and North Coast (Region 7) for nearly 30 years.
Funding for the NDCO Program ceased on 1 July 2023, with program delivery ceasing on 31 October 2023. Relevant program resources have been moved to the Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training website.
The University of Newcastle acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands within our footprint areas: Awabakal, Darkinjung, Biripai, Worimi, Wonnarua, and Eora Nations. We also pay respect to the wisdom of our Elders past and present.
