Jobs on Campus advertises a wide range of paid roles throughout the year, including retail and hospitality positions, student ambassadors, customer service assistants, content editors, graphic designers, and other entry-level opportunities.

The Future Students (Domestic) Unit forms part of the Academic Division at the University of Newcastle. The primary role of the Future Students Support Assistant (FSSA) is to support the domestic student recruitment efforts of the University, mostly over phone campaigns. FSSA's draw from their own positive experience as a University of Newcastle student and support prospective students through various conversion points of the student journey.

The University of Newcastle is seeking 20 ASKUON Customer Service Assistants on a casual basis.

The AskUON team is responsible for delivering high quality support to current and past students, staff, and members of the wider community through phone, face-to-face and email channels. Our Student Hubs and Contact Centre provide a central point where students can receive accurate advice, practical assistance, and referrals relating to academic, administrative, and wellbeing matters.
