Work Experience (complete 120 hours)
120 hours of paid or unpaid work experience that develops professional skills and is relatable to the student’s field of study. This may include embedded career-ready placement experiences including clinical placements, practicums and internships. A maximum of 60 career-ready placement hours will contribute to the Career Connect Award. Students may include placement experiences completed up to a maximum of 1 year prior to entering Career Connect.
You can also count casual/part-time work towards the Award, provided you can articulate and demonstrate how the skills you used and developed in your work can apply to your chosen career.
