Classroom technology support
The CTech team provides a range of services to support teaching and learning across all campuses at the University of Newcastle. Technical help and practical support for teaching technologies across our learning environment is available to all academics, faculties and schools.

- Customised training an informal 'how to' sessions are available on request, held in the teaching space of your choice (class booking required)
- Hotline support - via phone, email and a team of rovers is available.
Every lecture theatre has a phone with a CTech Hotline button. If you need to report a problem or get help during a lecture, press the CTech Hotline button for immediate assistance. Alternatively, you can call 49215579.

8:00am - 8:00pm Monday to Friday during semester
8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday out of semester
