A range of services to support teaching and learning across all campuses at the University of Newcastle are available to all academics, colleges and schools, including technical help and practical support for teaching technologies across our learning environment.

Every lecture theatre has a phone with a Hotline button. If you need to report a problem or get help during a lecture, press the Hotline button for immediate assistance. Alternatively, you can call 49215579.

Support will be available from 8:00 am during semester.
