Informal applications
Wherever possible, information will be released without the need for a formal application.
You can request information directly from our Colleges and Divisions or complete an Informal Access Application Form.

Formal applications
A formal application for access to information may be required when the information is not already available and cannot be provided informally. The GIPA office is responsible for applying the public interest test and deciding whether formally requested information will be released.
