The University of Newcastle and University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce two degree program
University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce is one of the oldest private non-profit education institutions in Bangkok with strong links to industry and commerce. The university was founded by the Thai Chamber of Commerce in 1940 to provide business education to Thai youth and has developed into a comprehensive university with degree programs in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Humanities, Science, Communication Arts, Engineering and Law.
The University of Newcastle in partnership with University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce (UTCC) offers degree programs in the following areas:
Business (from January 2020)
- Bachelor of Business Administration awarded by University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce
- Bachelor of Business (major in Innovation and Entrepreneurship) awarded by University of Newcastle
Commerce (from 2020)
- Bachelor of Accountancy awarded by University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce
- Bachelor of Commerce (major in Accounting) awarded by University of Newcastle
Program details
This unique program allows students to gain two degrees through completing one program of study delivered entirely in English at the International College UTCC Bangkok campus. In the first part of the program, students undertake courses through UTCC and Goal Business Education. In the second part of the program, students undertake Newcastle courses taught at UTCC.
Upon satisfactory completion of all course requirements, students are awarded a degree from University of Newcastle and a degree from University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce.
