Walking Campus Tour Booking Form

DUE TO COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, ALL CAMPUS TOURS ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD. HOWEVER, WE ARE STILL TAKING CAMPUS TOUR BOOKINGS. - The University of Newcastle prides itself on being a welcoming and engaging university. Campus Tours are a fantastic way to explore our campuses and get a feel for what studying at the University of Newcastle is really like! Our Student Ambassadors, who are your personal guides, are also there to answer any questions you might have about the University.

We continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will make changes to our Campus Tours as required. A COVID-19 safety plan is in place, limiting group numbers and ensuring social distancing on campus. Bookings are essential.

To register for a Campus Tour, please fill in the Booking Form below. If you are interested in a Campus Tour at multiple campuses, please be advised that:

  • Campus Tours of both the Callaghan and NUspace campuses can occur on the same day.
  • If you are interested in a Campus Tour of both the Callaghan and Ourimbah campuses, we’d suggest that you register for two different tour dates.

We will provide you with more information via both email and text in the week prior to your nominated Campus Tour(s).

If you have any questions about the Campus Tours, please send an email to futurestudents@newcastle.edu.au

We look forward to seeing you on campus soon!
