Laboratory and Field Testing Capabilities of the PRCGSE

The Centre for Geotechnical Science and Engineering is supported by a variety of in situ and laboratory facilities, established with the aim of carrying out fundamental research for providing solutions to problems associated with energy and transport infrastructure in Australia. The testing facilities developed over the past years at the Centre represent one of the most advanced arsenals of in situ testing, sampling and laboratory testing techniques for the characterization of onshore soft soils in Australia.

A summary of the specialised equipment and testing capabilities can be accessed via the links below. These facilities are available to industry for a limited amount of commercial consulting.
