Career Summary
Biography
Dr Omid Mowla has been working as a postdoctoral research associate at the Priority Research Centre for Frontier Energy Technologies & Utilisation, Newcastle Institute for Energy and Resources since June 2017. He has broad experience and knowledge in the field of energy and the environment, particularly in application areas, such as renewable energy resources, green hydrogen, novel energy storage systems, carbon capture, low emissions technologies, GHG emissions abatement, environmental catalysis and water generation/treatment. His PhD studies was focused on generation of green fuel from various waste oil types by using heterogenous catalytic reaction.
