Laura Eadie is a senior strategic leader with more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of government, industry, and research, with a strong track record of translating complex policy and economic challenges into funded, deliverable outcomes. She has led major transformation agendas across New South Wales Government, including large-scale organisational restructures, cross-agency coordination, and the design of investment strategies that position regions for long-term growth. Laura has played a central role in shaping some of NSW’s most significant economic and infrastructure initiatives. Her work includes securing over $1 billion in government investment for advanced manufacturing development in Western Sydney, leading negotiations on major intergovernmental agreements, and establishing governance and commercial frameworks to support research translation and industry collaboration. She has held executive leadership roles across organisations such as the Bradfield Development Authority, Infrastructure NSW, and the Department of Premier and Cabinet, where she has consistently delivered strategic policy, financial modelling, and operational leadership at scale.
With a strong commitment to bridging academic rigor and real-world impact, Laura has extensive experience building partnerships between universities, government, and industry to support innovation and commercialisation.
