Biography

Jessica is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist, Practice Educator, and Lecturer in the Bachelor of Speech Pathology (Honours) program at the University of Newcastle. Jessica's clinical practice includes rural and remote generalist caseloads, metropolitan service provision in hospital and community settings, as well as statewide service provision.

Jessica's clinical and research interests include innovative practices in speech pathology to better meet the needs of people and communities. Her PhD research explored and described the implementation of collaborative approaches in speech pathology research and clinical practice, with a focus on children and families.
