Diana Ivanycheva is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at the University of Newcastle. She holds dual PhDs in Management and Entrepreneurship (Macquarie University) and in Media and Cultural Studies (University of Alberta). Adopting a multidisciplinary approach, her research bridges entrepreneurship and organizational theory to explore how personal values, identities, and lifestyle aspirations shape entrepreneurial engagement. Her work examines how entrepreneurs sustain authenticity and well-being through everyday practices, and how these practices reflect deeper ontological and temporal commitments. She also investigates narrative and symbolic dimensions of entrepreneurial life, drawing on insights from philosophy, cultural studies, and organizational theory.
