Biography

I am currently a Research Fellow at Newcastle Business School, University of Newcastle, Australia. Prior to this, I worked as a Postdoctoral Research Associate in the Department of Public Health, Policy & Systems at the University of Liverpool.

Before joining these institutions, I served as a Research Fellow in the Department of Economics at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, an Assistant Professor at Addis Ababa University, a consultant for the World Bank Group, and a researcher at the Policy Studies Institute in Ethiopia.

My research focuses on applied microeconometrics, particularly in evaluating programs and policies, with interests spanning education, health, aspirations, and labor markets.
