Meet Aleena

For Bachelor of Business student Aleena, a University of Newcastle Industry Scholarship has opened up a world of opportunity.

“Being an industry-based Indigenous scholar and internship holder with Rio Tinto has been a great opportunity,” said the second year student.

“I would love to work in Human Resources, this is my favourite major and I enjoy the concepts. My experience with Rio Tinto has also made a career in this area very appealing. My goal is to become a manager and perhaps work internationally.”
