Biography

Dr Lauren Cone graduated from the University of New South Wales in 2007 with a B Sci/B Medicine/B Surgery, and has spent her career as a doctor and educator working in rural NSW. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, and has cared for communities across North West NSW as GP for over a decade. Lauren is a former rural medical student, and former NSW RDN Cadet, which has created a passion for supporting the health of rural communities, and the health practitioners that serve them.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Medical Education through the University of Dundee.
She is the lead for the JMP Rural Health Pathway program.
