Biography
A PhD student in Environment and Occupational Health at the School of Health Sciences. My research focuses on Human Factors (HF) and their role on the safety performance of mining companies in Australia. Specifically, I am interested in exploring the influence of human factors on residual risk management with an aim of establishing an integrated HF-risk management tool for use in improving Australia’s mine safety performance.
