Biography

I completed a BFA at the University of Newcastle in 2018, and am currently enrolled in an MPhil Fine Art there.  I have received an Australian Commonwealth Research Scholarship and am planning to go on to PhD studies.

Previously I have completed two three month residencies in Iceland; my practice-led research topic is Icelandic Landscape Photography since the year 2000.

I have exhibited in both Australia and Iceland during this time,  in various public and private venues, including MAC (Lake Macquarie Museum of Art and Culture) in 2020. I work in both analogue and digital photography,  as well as some video work.

Previously I completed a BA(Hons) at the University of Wollongong and an MA(Psychology) at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. I have worked as a psychologist for a number of years.
