Career Summary
Biography
Eva is a DADD PhD candidate in Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Health Sciences, University of Newcastle and in Computer Systems department at Jozef Stefan Institute, Slovenia. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition (University of Ljubljana) in 2015 and a Master of Nutrition (University of Ljubljana) in 2018. Currently, Eva's PhD research focuses on using different technologies to investigate health and lifestyle behaviours, with particular focus on nudging consumers towards healthier food choices. While her current focus is on her academic career, she also has a keen interest in public health, clinical nutrition and nutrition education of pregnant women.
