Collaboration

Research interests are employment arrangements; work and gender; industry clusters; call centre work. Most of my work is collaborative and seeks to set out changes in the nature of work, workplaces and working arrangements. This has been done with a link to public policy discussion and analysis.

Have served as assistance dean international; assistant dean reserach/researchtraining/research development; acting head of school; director of the employment studies centre and currently director of the NGSB. Have served on university senate and the university promotions committee.
