Research expertise

Software Development: I have had extensive experience developing scripts for stimulus delivery in programs such as Presentation and Matlab. I have also developed analysis software, primarily within C#, but also python, R, Matlab and others.

Experimental Design: As part of programming experiments I have had much experience over the years guiding experimental design, with a particular focus on hardware and software limitations.

MRI Analysis: I have gained experience in recent times with such MRI analysis packages, with a particular focus on SPM for functional MRI analysis and FSL (particularly Tract Based Spatial Statistics) for Diffusion Weighted Images.
