Australian Teacher Education Association (ATEA) Conference
ATEA's 2024 conference will be hosted by the University of Newcastle, at NUspace.
The conference theme centres on confronting and debating historical and recurring educational deliberations in and for initial teacher education policy and practices. It calls for agentive action, advocacy, and creative design thinking to shape future schooling from early years to Higher Education.

- Privilege and Power - ECE/Prim/Sec, KLAs, schools, funding, researchers, methods

- Inequity & inaction - countering the metro-centric, monolingual middle-class
