Specs/Details for Squiz/Notes

All images

• All images must be 72 DPI .JPG
• Each image should be no more than 150-200KB.   The lower the better.
• No more   than 750-800KB (of images) per page.
• You can use Photoshop  Elements and 'save for web' to reduce image sizes.

Front door Hero/Destination hero

• Recommended size = 1600 x 800   pixels
• File size should be no more than 200KB

Homepage feature widget

• Widget (related) images = 1500 x 1500 pixels (min 600 x 600)

Sub-page header

• Subpage header 1600 x 400 (150kb)
• For pages under a landing page with a slighter smaller header

News & Events widgets

• Widget (related) images = 1500 x 1500 pixels (min 600 x 600)(max file size 200kb)

Parallax Promo Banner (Full-width)

• 1600px x 800px (one column)

Static Promo Banner (Full-width)

• 1600px x 600px

Standard Promo Banner

• 1150px x 300px

Wide Call to Action

• 1280px x 720px

Large block CTA

• 690 x 660px

Wide feature

• Square = 600px x 600px
• Rectangle 600px x 400px

Feature cards

Researcher profile images

• Researcher profile image at least 600 x  600 (50kb) - (only preferred requirement is that the image is square).

Publications widget

• Publications thumbnail 300 x 450 (150kb)

Research Centre thumbnails

• Thumbnail image size = 600 x 600px

Sidebar Feature widget

• Image size = 1500 x 1500 pixels (min 600 x 600)

Content images / Gallery Images

• Landscape image = 800 x 600px
• Portrait 600 x 800px

• Video Thumbnail size 400x600px
