Planning a trip to Newcastle and looking for accommodation for your sporting team, special interest club or group? We regularly host educational groups, sporting camps and conferences with our University accommodation providing a unique experience at an affordable price. Group accommodation is available from early December to early February.

Enjoy accommodation in student rooms for large groups in a welcoming environment with helpful staff, 24-hour access to security and all the advantages of communal living. Select from a range of accommodation styles from self-contained apartments through to budget-priced dormitory college style single rooms with shared facilities.

What else is included?

Other facilities within our accommodation precinct include spacious outdoor areas, barbecues, social spaces and two swimming pools. We can also coordinate access to a range of sporting packages that can be arranged through the on-campus fitness and aquatic centre The Forum. Activities can include group fitness, aerobics classes, yoga, swimming sessions, basketball, netball, football, soccer, tennis, volleyball and squash, in addition to indoor rock climbing activities and use of the gymnasium.

Depending on your requirements our rates can also include bedding, linen and on-site car parking. Accommodation is not serviced but laundry facilities are available on site.

Our 140 hectare bushland campus is also home to a number of auditoriums, high-tech laboratories, theatres and teaching facilities, and with a range of technology enabled rooms and catering options also available we are able to provide a perfect setting for any event.
