Biography

Dr. Yeap holds a doctorate in Asia Pacific Studies (Management) from the Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. He has been with the University of Newcastle, Australia, as Senior Lecturer since January 2015. He teaches the undergraduate and postgraduate Business Programs. He is also actively involved in research related to the areas of strategic management, international human resource management. cross-cultural management. trans-nationalization of higher education institutions, organizational behavior and relationship, and leadership.
