Raymond's professional career includes 15 years' experience as an IT Practitioner in Software Development and Design for a large foreign bank and a major American organisation. His work scope includes project management, Internet business strategic management solutions, network analysis, planning implementation and development applications covering both hardware and software enterprise solutions.

Raymond is an experienced lecturer with about 20 years' teaching experience.

He is proficient in teaching a wide range of subjects at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, such as Management Information Systems, Network Planning, implementation, Electronic Commerce and Applications Development, Knowledge Management.
