Membership of the Animal Care and Ethics Committee

EOIs in ACEC categories can be submitted at any time, and will be considered at the next round of vacancies.

The Committee

The ACEC meets regularly at the University's Callaghan Campus, usually on a Friday toward the end of each month, commencing at 8:30am. Members also undertake inspections on behalf of the Committee at other times.

Members not affiliated with the University are reimbursed travel and other extraneous costs associated with performing their duties as a member. There is otherwise no remuneration.

Applicants would usually be invited to participate in a brief interview.
