Biosensors, Cognition And Affect In Human-Computer Interaction. Our research is exploring the latest in biosensors—devices that detect human vital signs, such as heart rate and skin conductance.
It is investigating how user interfaces can be purposefully designed to enhance human information processing and facilitate positive user experiences. A particular focus is on the interplay between cognition and affect, and biosensor-enabled real-time system adaptations.
