The FACSCanto is equipped for excitation at 488nm and 633nm, and has the ability to detect signals for the following parameters:
- Forward Scatter, Side Scatter
- 6 fluorescent channels on two emission detector arrays:
- FITC, PE/PI, PerCP/PerCP-Cy5.5, PE-Cy7
- APC, APC-Cy7
The FACSCanto utilises the FACSDiva software package for data analysis.
