The Device Technology platform is a collaborative effort uniting clinical stroke research with engineering expertise. This platform aims to apply mathematical algorithms, computer science, and nanotechnology to clinical problems, to develop novel and advanced solutions.
Current work seeks to improve medical image processing and analysis, develop new imaging devices, and to pioneer a virtual reality system for medical research. Further research assistive technology for rehabilitation and stroke recovery as well as devices and sensors for stroke and brain injury.
