Many Rivers Diabetes Prevention Project. Developing and evaluating community and school based strategies to reduce the risk of Type 2 Diabetes and other chronic diseases amongst Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children in rural NSW. These strategies aim to increase physical activity participation and improve healthy eating habits amongst children, are implemented in schools and also in partnership with AMSs and GPs.
