Biography

Cian is a Physiotherapy Educator with the Department of Rural Health, based in Port Macquarie. 

Born in Ireland, Cian relocated to Scotland to study and graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2011. He won a scholarship to complete a masters degree in Health and Social Care with a focus on Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and graduated from this in 2012.

Since this time Cian has worked in elite level rugby and soccer , occupational health physiotherapy and private practice. He has a strong interest in Sports and Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular interest in hip and groin injury as well as tendinopathy rehabilitation. Since relocating to Austrlaia in 2015 in search of surf and sun Cian has worked in both QLD and NSW but has found home in Port Macquarie. He continues to work in private practice supporting the local community.
