Joint Medical Program
Our Joint Medical Program is designed to produce exemplary medical professionals through an innovative program of teaching and learning.
We recognise that the best type of learning in medicine is practical learning, so our students' clinical experience begins in the first semester and increases throughout the program. The program is also underpinned by excellent education technology, including simulated learning facilities.
The University of Newcastle acknowledges the traditional custodians of the lands within our footprint areas: Awabakal, Darkinjung, Biripai, Worimi, Wonnarua, and Eora Nations. We also pay respect to the wisdom of our Elders past and present.
