Traffic and parking rules
Traffic and parking rules apply at our campuses. Students, staff and visitors to the University park their vehicle on campus at their own risk. Non-university owned vehicles are not covered by the University's insurance.
A range of parking signs are used to highlight the traffic and parking rules for a particular area. See our signs outline (PDF 107KB) for more detailed information.
Revenue NSW processes parking infringements issued on the University campus on behalf of the University. The penalties applied are those provided for under the NSW Motor Traffic Regulations.
If you have been infringed and believe that there are mitigating circumstances in regard to your infringement and would like to appeal this parking infringement you can submit an appeal to Revenue NSW. You may submit an appeal online which is easy to complete and the infringement will be placed on hold while the infringement is under review.
Alternatively you may send a ‘Request for review of a penalty notice form’ (PDF), which can be downloaded from the Revenue NSW website, or a written request with your documentary evidence outlining your grounds for appeal to the following address. Please include a copy of the infringement notice or the infringement number or your vehicle registration number with the appeal.
