Auchmuty Library Refurbishments and Changes

Wednesday, 1 December 2021

In 2021-2022, the Library is undertaking significant refurbishments to our spaces in the Auchmuty Library.

This set of new and refurbished spaces will better reflect the latest developments in technologies and study space design for our University community. We will do everything possible to minimise the impact of these changes on our patrons during this time - please let our staff know if there is anything extra we can do to help.

Upcoming changes

  • The upcoming changes to the Law Reading Room on Level 3  will provide more vibrant, collaborative spaces for group and peer-to-peer study.
  • Updates to Flowers Room on Level 4 will provide improved individual study spaces with new furniture, task lighting, and more power outlets for devices.
