Two of our undergraduate nursing students, Samantha Scheffer and Nicole Powers recently completed a successful volunteer placement in Vietnam.
The School of Nursing and Midwifery was very pleased to support this initiative so that our students were able to gain another perspective on healthcare in an Asian country.
An article written by our two students is attached below and provides a wonderful insight into their volunteer experience. Both students will graduate in the 2013 graduation and we wish them well as registered nurses where ever they may choose to practice.
