Fellowship in Health Services Research and Policy
Australian Fellowship in Health Services Research and Policy
Newcastle Law School Senior Lecturer, Nola Ries, was successful in her application for the Australian Fellowship in Health Services Research and Policy. Fellows will gain an in-depth understanding of the Australian health care system and current reform issues, meet leading health services researchers and policy analysts, and attend master classes at different locations around Australia.
Nola's Fellowship research will focus on legal issues concerning overdiagnosis, overtreatment and the wasteful provision of healthcare. The Health Policy Fellowship activities commence this November.
