Nominations are open for the election of academic staff to the academic senate

There are a number of academic staff positions on the Academic Senate for 2018. Nominate today!

The Academic Senate is the primary forum for debate on academic issues in the University and is focused specifically on protecting, promoting and enhancing teaching, learning and research.

Academic staff can be involved in the Academic Senate by becoming an elected member. As an elected academic staff member, you will be invited to attend meetings, share your perspective as an academic member of staff and develop your governance skills and experience.

Nominations for the positions close 5:00pm, Monday 24 July 2017.  

If required, a ballot will be conducted.
