Chill Out Stress Less

Taking regular study breaks is good for your brain, and important for your mental wellbeing.
We're here to help! During the Semester 1 Exam period, we'll provide you with some fun ways to take your mind off your exam prep during study breaks. 
  • Grab a Winter Warmer! For a late at night energy boost, we have warm snacks (cuppa soup, pot noodles, hot chocolate, and Milo) available in the 24/7 Student Kitchens
  • Chill Out zones in our Libraries, with activities like games, crafts, and brain teasers - good ways to get your creative juices flowing and help you refresh and reset during those long days of prep.Feeling tense? Come along to our Stretch and Relax, 20-minute drop-in sessions at 1pm in the Auchmuty Library on Wednesdays during exam weeks.
  • Pop Up MakerSpace - enjoy therapeutic crafting including knitting projects and making yourself a lucky charm for that exam.
  • Study break! Juggling workshops at Auchmuty, Ourimbah, and NUspace in collaboration with UNSA.
More stress-less tips will be coming your way to help you take time out this exam period.
