- National Code of Practice for Registration Authorities and Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students 2007 (commonly known as The National Code 2007)
International Sanctions
The University of Newcastle must comply with Australian laws relating to international sanctions (United Nations Security Council sanctions and Australian 'Autonomous Sanctions'). This may affect the University's interactions with recruitment agents and applicants from sanctioned countries, particularly in relation to applications for Research Higher Degree programs.
